Today, my guest is Terry Liggins, the founder and CEO of The Hurdle Life Coach, and an educator and an advocate for special populations. He is joining me to discuss diversity, equity, and inclusion—critical topics in today's workforce and society as a whole. Perhaps now more than ever.

With this episode, I hope to shed light on what these terms mean, their impact on our social discourse, and the obligation we have to shatter any unconscious biases that we might be passing on to the next generation. If men everywhere would have conversations like this, it could be the catalyst for lasting change.
