If you're reading this, then statistically speaking, you've probably come from a broken family. If not, then consider yourself blessed. However, more and more kids grow up in homes shattered by divorce or addiction, which often leads to anger, bitterness, and a generally poor self-image. In today's episode, my guest knows firsthand the obstacles teens and adults face as they wrestle with broken relationships in their lives.

Meet Tom Henderson. He is the founder of Restoration Generation (RESGEN), a ministry whose mission is to restore the next generation by sharing the Good News of Christ, equipping them to follow Him for a lifetime. Tom has toured the country, speaking to hundreds of thousands at conferences, schools, festivals, and other events. He is also the author of the book Heart Not Hype and host of The Giving Life Podcast.

After years of ministering to teens who were often the victims of broken homes, Tom recognized an opportunity to minister directly to their fathers. As a result, RESGEN now hosts an annual Men's Summit in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, which routinely draws hundreds from around the region, encouraging and equipping men to be better husbands and fathers.
