With everything going on in our busy lives, it’s so easy to fall into a rhythm of going to work, working long hours, shuttling the kids to practice, maybe eating dinner together as a family, watch a little TV, and then go to bed to do it all again the next day, it’s easy to lose sight of the big picture. In fact, if we don’t remain vigilant about our roles as leaders at home, intentionally setting a vision for ourselves and our family, even the best husband and father can succumb to the monotony of life, void of any meaningful vision or zest for life. I know this to be true because I experienced it personally at one point in my life, which is why I’m so thankful that there are faith-based platforms out there like Daddy Saturday.
